Description Did i ever mention my long lasting love for Ratigan? no?
i was surprised when i realized that i haven't posted any art of Ratigan here, even though he was practically my first bad guy obsessions.
so to amend this i posted some of my old drawings of him from freshman year and a sketch i did of him a couple days ago. the girl he's referring to is an OC character of mine that he's apparently searching for. my guess is that she ran off, and due to how much she knows of Ratigan's secret location and plans, he needs to get her back ASAP
the thugs who lost her are in for some trouble
