Terra, a secondary antagonist of the Megaman franchise, has a NetNavi counterpart.Leader of the Stardroids, Terra with the rest of the Stardroids do not have NetNavi counterparts but what if they did. I don't know they would keep their alien origins while still being human creations but perhaps this is already been dealt with. I wouldn't know as I haven't play any of the games or even seen the anime past episode 1.
