Description
This piece came about by reflecting on the presence of juxtaposing sensations during a particular moment. One sunny morning I found myself feeling relaxed and at peace while eating cereal. This moment felt calm, quiet, very ordinary, perhaps even blasé. Somehow the simplicity of this moment allowed me to just feel myself, to just be present with that moment and to absorb just how extraordinary and truly fascinating it is that I exist. It is as if I felt like I am part of the cosmos itself, and cosmos is part of me. I felt gratitude and fascination with the life itself.
