The clouds have been brilliantly recorded, the detail in the lower clouds contrasted by the blur of the upper ones works really well. Perhaps having the scene slightly darker would emphasize the light more?

What an incredible shot! Is this a multiple exposure or composite? The detail in all the different contrast areas is amazing. Of course it also creates such a mood with the looming swirling clouds and the little buildings. Certainly one of your best pictures (and I always like your work)!
