Description First off, I want to thank all of the people who took the time to view, comment and fav my previous deviation, Watermane. I'm completely overwhelmed by the support that the DA community has shown and I'd especially like to thank hyper-psycho for helping me to get the word out. You rule, dude.

Now then, on with the show....
The "normal" IR color is represented here, I tweaked the levels a bit to improve contrast. This was taken on the banks of the mighty (or not so mighty) Blackstone River in Lincoln, RI.

PS - I wanted to let y'all know that I now have my own DA Print account. Yeah! So if there's anything (and I mean anything) in my gallery that you might like to see hanging on your own wall, please let me know and I'll make it happen if possible. Prices are reasonable and we're open 24 hours a day, so please come shop at Boomslice's Photo Palace!

nicely composed piece. i really dig the pink and red tones. and also like how you brought the tree limbs above into the shot. it adds more depth. nicely done.

Striking! The patterns and shapes in the sky and water look like they've been painted in because of the long exposure - I love how soft and reflective they feel - nice work with this one!

wonderful colours
it makes everything look so ultra surreal (in a happy, trippy kinda way)
the shades of pink rock, and i like the "layer" effect you get from the various different... well... layers... in the image
