The Shadowbolts were once a creation of Nightmare Moon. Made in her attempt to stop the main six from acquiring the Elements of Harmony. Now they act as Black Apocalypse's enforcers. Shadow Fire is the leader, possessing the power of heat,Blitzkrieg is the fastest and has control over lightning, and Black Frost is the biggest and can control cold and ice . Each are powerful on their own, but when they work together they are truly fearsome.
