After Tosvaulr Stormroar, escaped the city of Ahegan, where he had been a slave gladiator, he sought aid from the Iron Arrow centaur clan. After a shaky start to negotiation with Auzanos the Dark Shadow, the centaur huntress Clesas the Earnest volunteered to guide him across the Foxtail grass sea.
