the wind bars aren't spose to run north and south like that... they're spose to flow. The dragon looks way way cartoony. Your tattoo artist has no idea what JAPANESE traditional looks like. Poor saturation. The wind bars are spose to fade out... there's like so much that this dude did wrong.
