Commish for featuring Suna and Chaotique enjoying the seasonal festivities~!It was recommended Suna be dressed up like Street Fighters' Menat, as she and Suna look remarkably similar. I have no idea if this was a deliberate design choice by Capcom, but it wouldn't be the first time there was such a crossover. SEGA did something similar with Sticks, who is based on a similar character in another SEGA series.
Chaotique didn't have a costume recommended, so I suggested QuickMan to tie it back into MegaMan. Specifically, she's wearing the Ariga Version of QuickMan as I think that's the most awesome version of the character.
