The language is Black Speech, which is the Mordor form of Elvish, but having checked, the words 'Ash Nazg', when translated, mean The One Ring

However, there are many forms of Elvish. It’s not just one language; it’s a whole family, with the earliest sub-family being the Quenyan dialects, the common language amomg elves being Sindarin or Grey Elvish, and the ceremonial tongue of these being Noldorin Quenya or High Elvish.
