Practicing with poses. I think I should practice this pose a little more. It looks almost like her neck is broken.

This looks great! 
The only small tip I could give (if you haven't improved vastly since uploading this) is perhaps to move the angle at which she is looking a little more towards the viewer (so she's looking more towards the viewer), as that may make it seem a little less "2-D." 
And, as SuperSonicBoom commented, I hope the sound she heard isn't from anything to do with Victor Veloci. XD

Actually, I think you drew her pose perfectly. Her neck doesn't look broken, it is highly possible that she can twist her neck like that.
Hmmm...I wonder what Fiona is looking at?
Anyway, good work! I'm definitely going to be watching your works from now on!
