About time I drew something. I swear, I've been having the worst time with inspiration for the past few months. :1

I wanted to draw the Engineer from Team Fortress 2 again. Last few times I've drawn him he came out looking a bit horrible, haha. This is much better. I think he's really fun to draw, but two things I really like drawing are eyes and hair so... that presents a bit of a dilemma.
Regardless, I still friggin' love the Engineer. I love his appearance, his personality, playing as him in-game... I just... He's just... Ajgdsfhjdaska, I rarely gush over a character that isn't mine, but VALVe is just so good with character designs. ;3; Never stop being awesome, VALVe.

I wanted to draw Engy's robotic hand (the one under the glove), but well... I've already had enough trouble with the hands . Seriously, why did I pick the hardest pose for hands to be in ever? Doesn't help that the TF2 character have big, blocky fingers. Funny story: I tried cheating by tracing a picture of my hands in that pose, but it came out looking hilariously bad. 1: He had girly fingers. 2: Perspective in photographs and perspective in drawings don't want to match up sometimes. Anyways, I just went with fudging the hands. Came out looking decent, though.

Lastly, this is my first full-blown drawing in Photoshop CS6. I like a lot of the changes from CS5 to CS6, but they changed a lot of the behaviors of the pen and shape tools... and I use those tools all the time... I'm getting used to it, but a lot of my methods and strategies don't work so well anymore. It's going to take me a bit getting used to the darker user interface too, haha.
