Rorolina Frixell from the Atelier series of games. (Haven't yet played any of them myself but I do like the character's designs.)

This painting actually took a bit longer for me to finish than I expected as I underestimated how much detail there really is in her outfit!
On top of that, I was trying out new styles of lighting to help improve my art going forward. Not a bad attempt, but it could still use some adjusting I think. In hindsight, I probably should have practiced on something more simple before making this piece.
