Description
Whenever I turn over in my bed to sleep,
I begin to hear whispers and floorboards creak.
I hear cackles and whispers from under my bed,
"You shouldn't have done that." Is what they said.

A demon lives in the back of my head,
She has short red hair and eyes crimson red.
Her skin, much too pale for a human beings,
She sits in the darkest corner of my dreams.

My blissful dreams slowly turn into horrid nightmares,
When my eyes meet her angry, hateful glare.
The world around me breaks into a twisted, broken dream,
I hear a backwards music box play and anguished screams.

This girl, this demon, hates me,
I'm still not sure why,
She stands by my bedside glaring at me,
And playing her twisted lullaby.

I squeeze my eyes shut, afraid of what I might see,
It's no use, she's still here, right behind me.
"Still lying to yourself, I see?" She whispers in my ear,
I lay there trembling, her laughter is all I hear.

"What do you want?" I ask,
A malicious grin spread across her face.
She peels the covers off of me,
My heart begins to race.

"We want you back home." She said,
Her eyes twinkle as mine fill with dread,
"I want to stay here." I whisper,
Murderous Urges. I want to kill her.

She glares, her eyes angry and cold,
"You will do as your told."
"No!" I yell, lashing out finally in command,
Shattering.
I scream in agony and hold my bloody hand.

I fall to the ground clutching my fist,
Blood streaming down my tiny wrist,
She tuts at me, her body cracked,
"Your broke the mirror, you mad bat."

""Shut up!" I scream,
But terror overtakes,
Darkness cloaks my eyes,
But again I will wake.

The red cracked girl giggles and smiles,
"I'll come back for you after a while."
