Description
Previously:
While the Imperial Golden Hunt was already a bit past now, its waves could still be felt. Bonds were made, friendships established, and even family relations revealed. Sándor and Vidar had clicked from the get go, having quite many conversations about their shared passions. The traditional way of hunting and living in the forest was a source for sheer never-ending stories.
Sándor was visiting several times during the following months, where he got more and more acquainted with Vidar's animal companions, especially Obertaurer. He already saw how well Silviu clicked with Zúzmara and was utterly intrigued how fine they worked together. There was a specific steed Vidar had plans with that caught his attention. During his visit it became more and more clear that the stallion shared the same notion, especially when Sándor had his avian companions around. He seemed to be utterly gentle with the feathery friends, always on the lookout what they would be doing.
Even if it was not intentional, their bond seemed to grow with every visit, until it was decided that the stallion, who was fittingly named Bartgeier (Bearded Vulture), should go with Sándor and the "flock" that kept him company. Of course he refused at first. He couldn't accept such a magnificent steed to just go with him as a gift, especially given Vidar had plans with him. Seeing it though as a decision made on behalf of Bartgeier's well-being, he agreed. If this was the best for him he would also do his best to give him a good life. As humble as he was, inwardly Sándor was utterly excited to work with the stallion, as he really began to like him more and more with each visit.
