BORED!!!!But yeah, if you watch season 5 of Ghost Whisperer, Jim's hospital ID is a picture of David Conrad, and not Kenneth Mitchell, which it should be as Jim is in Sam's body and whenever he looks in a mirror (in season 4 at least) it's a different person (Kenneth Mitchell) reflected back at him.
The show only kept David Conrad as Jim (the spirit within!) to help stop confusion, and only showed Kenneth Mitchell as his reflection, which is what the other characters supposedly saw him as.
Jim (David Conrad) looks into a mirror and Sam (Kenneth Mitchell) is his reflection.
THUS HIS DOCTOR ID SHOULD BE A PICTURE OF KENNETH MITCHELL!!!
