chinese lung dragon cake made for my little sisters birthday!and a whole lot of cherry blossoms!
l know it's not perfect, my week went by too fast, and the cake was made in just a few hours, not the time it was supose to have, and then transported by car for a few hours (4 isj) !
vanilla and chocolate cake with butter cream!!

suger paste is like mdel clay to work with, so you make lots of different things with it!

in most baking shop's l guess you will find it, just ask for sugerpaste ore fondant! l have made it myself too, just google it, and you will find the recipe! then you color it with fod color, and you're ready to make what ever you want!

This is really cute and pretty. But I think you're main pic should have been the middle thumbnail, because it's the best shot of the overall piece. Still very beautiful, regardless.

my sister did keep the head tough! that is just shuger, so she can dry it and it will stay as it is, as long as she dont have it a place it's too hot!

now l'm working on a new one for an 80 year old lady that love to knitt!
my plan is to make a chocolate cake with butter cream, shaped like a basket with muffins covered in fondant looking like yarn balls in....

It was a bit of a pain because my cake was bigger than the book. It took loads of fondant strands to cover it.
....and let me know how you get on. It sounds like it will look really good. I can just imagine all the coloured wool in a basket..

l love that cake! it's super qute! is it all made of cake???
the yarn was a b##### to make, and i dont thin k it was werry good, but the woman and here family loved it! the colors are quite gary but it was to maek it as natural as posible, since she was knitting socks for all of here family, adn that is mostly with that sort of colors!
four layers with chokolate cake and then muffins on top!
used 10 hours, - the baking!
l will try to post pictures of it this weekend, did not get to take so many pictures but l hope to find one tre two good once!
