Description
What's with me and naming my Pokemon icons after Pokemon moves?Anyway, this is the finished version of that WIP I posted... quite some time ago. OTL The problem is, the size limit for icons where it's going to be used is 120x120, and when I shrink it down to those dimensions, it looks downright horrible. Any suggestions? ._.

I tried showing only the head, but then the illumination and light source and stuff doesn't really make sense. Not to mention the will-o-wisps are a major part of the composition and crap.

Well what I meant was part of the body too. As part of the arms and dress too would work.

I tried that, but resizing it still made it look kinda wonky, because leaving the body and the blue illumination on the dress means that I actually didn't crop a lot. xD

It looks fine when I resize it, so my suggestion is... get a better art program? OTL
I used to use Paint Shop Pro which is awful for resizes, so instead of actually resizing it, I would zoom to the right size and screenshot it.
It's sort of annoying to crop the picture from your screenshot, but the image is usually a little better quality if you do that.

Actually, I use Photoshop CS4. It technically looks fine, it's just that all the detail goes poof and it throws the composition off and stuff. Maybe it's just me being picky?

Yeah, don't worry about it so much. The only thing you can really do about that is to draw it at that size in the first place.
