Description This is a scene of the rooftops over Neither (the capital of the Neitherworld) and my very first attempt at using Photoshop--or any other digital art program other than MS Paint.

This is a fairly typical example of Neitherworld architecture and is not an exaggeration in the slightest. The small, misshapen, blue and green moon is named Gnoole, the extremely large purple one is named Wye Knott and the thin black one is Nw Tonoc (pronounced 'no 'tonok).

Nw Tonoc quite an important one, being a giant artificial moon (somewhat like a space station) that replaced an original moon named Od Tonoc (if you are observant enough you can cringe now). I might put the story of it up one day soon; if I don't then feel free to berrate me.

This started as a pencil sketch of the outlines of the houses on an A4 paper (back of a test or something). The digital parts took several hours (including the time used sifting through hundreds of tutorials).

Edit 23/3/2007: Eeurgh, I just realised how bad the resolution is on the sky. Oh well, don't know if I can fix it and can't be bothered finding out how.
