Your work is so good. I guess you know that originally 'aftermath' referred to after the harvest. This reminds me of when farmers burn the stubble after the harvest (tho' not so often nowadays!). You can see the flames and the smoke, and through the smoke the blue sky beyond.

Cool--I'll do that I also find it annoying to only know people online--it's one dimensional. I went to SF late last year and met up with a chick whose blog I read--she was how she is online! She's not hiding behind the computer. I also went to a party at a guy's place here in Chicago via a bulletin he sent out at MySpace--he was nice, and the party was fun
