Undyne from Undertale! I actually need to watch more parts of the game with her - so far I've only seen her in armor fighting Frisk. But I really like this fish lady! I love her attitude and the blue and red on her design really pops. Also I've seen some interpretations of her "hair" as a fin and I like that but... I also just love painting/drawing hair haha.
