Here we go. I designed this after watching a friend walk by. She is unnaturally skinny. Its not that she tries or anything, she has some medical condition, I think. As a result I designed this for tiny skinny women.

This is a suit. What you don't see: the shirt you see peak out of her dress is a short sleeved shirt. Beneath the dress she would be wearing biker shorts. the suit is a dress yes, and yes it does button all the way up. Another thing to note is the tights. They are white and dark grey.

The words next to her are notes I make to myself about the dress, seeing as I only draw it straight on. If you can't read or don't understand what say in the notes just ask, I'll try to explain.
