Yaay! I reckon J-rockers are exceptional to paint, for some reason i just love painting them, especially the gazette and girugamesh...O_oThis is Aoi from the Gazette, the reference pic was from a live performance and it looked cool so i painted it...
anyways this one was lying around for a few weeks before i finished it up today.
Watercolour, around 4hours...maybe?

Ah, that sucks. But hey, Australia is closer to Japan than the UK is! You're totally lucky in that respect. 
I am hoping beyond hope that GazettE come to the UK soon; it would make me irrevocably happy. I saw Girugamesh and Miyavi perform in March this year though and they were wonderful!

And anyways, regarding to being close to Japan, we have to travel against trade winds so its really expensive to get there....D:

Seeing them in real life was a dream come true (cheesy as that sounds). And they really are stupidly sexy.
Sometimes you definitely have to travel for these things! When the K-Pop SMTown concert came to Paris we jumped on that opportunity like a - bunch of flies - on poop? Brain fails me when I'm this tired. I realise Australia is much further out of the way but I'm sure you can make it happen! AND, maybe you could gather like-minded fans and petition for groups to come to your country.

haha, yeah, I cannot draw on my tablet at all. I write and draw sideways, so if I tilt my tablet sideways, it comes up the wrong way on the screen. So annoying =_= so I only do photo edits.

I get a thrill out of drawing vkei portraits because the subjects are a lot more attractive challenging to do than other people, with their hair and costumes and whatnot.
