Overall, this design is very well done. The colors work well together, as do the shapes. I think that you could benefit from pushing and pulling the shapes in the top in particular as it feels a little generic. Another slight downside is the lack of focus in the piece. There is little "rest" area other than the deer-half of her, which will lead eyes off of your piece. What I mean by that is simply that there are few simple, less detailed areas to rest your eyes on. The flowers, the face paint, the shoulder straps, the tattoos, the necklace- they are all very distracting when put together. Faces should usually be the focus of a character, but my eyes seem to rest on the more open areas that are only on her fur. That hind area leads my eyes back and back until they're off the page, and that's the opposite of what you want. I suggest decluttering the area around the shoulders and head a bit, dispersing the open spaces more evenly to lead one's eyes arrow the character in various areas with a focus on the face instead of from the face down and away.
