things have been a bit on the rough side for me lately, so when i went there, i was ready for something good. talking with you lately, and writing my journal, has me in the mood for the old tunes...it feels good to hear these songs. hope everything was ok for you with "irene", heard connecticut had some bad weather.

we got freakin smacked, man...
lost power yesterday (sunday) at 7am -
and don't expect to have it back for possibly
a week. quarter million people out of power -
down to about a half million right now.
so - in order for me to edit more photos and correspond -
i had to come into the tattoo shop (my day off) and get
some stuff done.

during "wilma" we lost power for 15 days...it wa rough! hope it comes back soon for you.

god, i hope it's not for that long...
i remember some snowstorm we had many years back...
we live on a dead end road - and the road was blocked
by three fallen trees...took three days before they cleared
the road - so, we could get out...and then, another four
days before we had power. that was rough - but, 15 -
holy crap.

It is a peaceful spot. When I am driving there, it feels like the edge of the world, like you could just fall off. The sun sets so close, its amazing.
