Description my take on Numbuh 30C. i always figured he was Hawaiian, but then rumors abound that he's actually Kenny, from Mr. Warburton's animated short, "Kenny and the Chimp." which actually makes a lot of sense. but i'd already drawn him as a Hawaiian kid, and he's staying that way, dammit.

and yes, he's calling us all losers. because he can.

photoshop 7, and my trusty wacom tablet! i made a hibiscus fower brush (well, downloaded a pic of a hibiscus flower, which i then made into a brush, so i cheated a little there)
