Draft concepts done for "References and Drafts" course from Smirnov SchoolMentor - Alexander Trufanov
Higanbana flower is called “red spider lily”, “hell flower” and “lycoris radiata” in English. Sometimes this flower is also called "snake grass."
Their blooming represents the changing of summer to autumn. In Hanakotoba (the Japanese language of flowers) they symbolyze loss, longing, abandoment and lost memories.

Lovely piece! Digging the clean lines and colours, and the attention to detail is marvellous; those hanging plants look great. Digging the traditional Japanese style background, too.
