This is for ! Here are her awesome characters Surta and Hope. I love those characters!!!! <333 >.< This is the birthday present, Freddy. I reallyyyyyyyy hope you like it!!! I made my best to draw them right and I hope I have done it succesful. ^^ I had a lot of fun with drawing this (althoug it was a little late XD)! Could I draw them some more? I love them! And I'd like to draw Arthur too! Could I draw Arthur with Misa?^^

Hmm... and what comes to the tittle... I just listened to song called "She's an Angel" and it told about girl that remind me very much of Hope... I just had to name this with same name!
