(Laughs) Heh, oh that's good
Seriously though, given the writing and art team behind this massive PR st...I mean, comic book event, AFTER Watchmen isn't going to be terrible. In point of fact, it has the potential to be pretty damn amazing. I get why the "purists" and Alan Moore are, well, less then thrilled, but that doesn't detract from the potential AW has. The artists alone (i.e. Hughes, Cooke, etc) warrant purchasing the issues, however they just so happen to have some phenomenal writers along for the ride. Say what you will about DC Comics (most of which I would likely agree with it...) however, for this risky project, they made some smart choices.

They're not doing sequels, they're doing prequels. The banner is actually "Before Watchmen".

"In other news, the topknot is making a comeback, Laurie, with the success of the Pale Horse tribute band, "Death Follow"."
"Well, Dan, I can tell you that I'm knot looking forward to the Grammies this year. Adrian Veidt is here to show us some new yoga exercises that he's created; we'll see how they work after these words from our sponsors."

If you think that's good, you should hear my idea for Rorschach!
