The massive Syber Blackout has been described as the "hound" of Megatron. In better days he was always to be found looming powerful and silent behind his leader's right shoulder. When given a target he hunts it down with fierce determination.
Blackout attack Tokyo Defense Force base to awake Megatron. While the Sailor Scouts has arived, he use the EMP blast to shutdown their power and became useless.Megatron order Blackout to retreat after tied battle aganst Syberman.
Blackout has one hobby,Flowers. He love flowers because of his past, One day he'll open a flower shop

Blackout was sent to search on the srange planet, then he realize that the planet was filled with many kinds of flowers, then he met a humanoid plant-girl after saving her from a giant bee creatures, Blackout dicided to stay this planet for 3 weeks. But the planer and it's people were all killed by Starmen and Starlights, Blackout goes to beserk mode and slaugther them who destroy what he love. The planet was now a wasteland, nothing left but' a flower that he carrying
Barricade and the others cons know what happin, that why Blacout's room is like a greenhouse.
