Your expectations of the end result probably doesn't match well with your current skill... I know I experience that too and get frustrated at myself. I always imagine it perfectly but when it gets down to actually drawing it... sooo hard.... >.<
More practice is the only way I guess... And also to get to know your own drawing style.. Soon you'll be able to wing it!
