This is Princess Marietta the Water Centaur of Ebon's sea who lives at the Ebon's water lagoon and she has the ability to control water and seas. She also can talk to sea creatures.

She is shy, somewhat cheerful, mature, sensitive, kind, beautiful, calm, collected, soft-spoken, brave, somewhat coward honest, innocent and spirited. She is a heart of gold. What does "heart of gold" means? It's an idiom. It is someone with a heart of gold is a genuinely kind and caring person. I learn from this. [link]

She is never overtly angry nor does she show signs of frustration. Despite she has quite taciturn and calm personality, she speaks much and mumbles somewhat childishly when embarassed.

When the bad guys go near her to attack her, she screamed timidly while used her powers to attack them with her cowardliness. When she defeated them, she cried with tears like Fluttershy did from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Her name "Marietta" means "star of the sea." [link]
