Description OH HEY. I finallyyyy got myself a moleskine sketchbook, I've been wanting one for way too long. So I took a little break from school work to do something personal. teeheebirds

I useddd ink pigment liner pens, watercolour paints and white gel pen for the eyes. The book has its own texture which I am overjoyed about ldshf

hahh I love how the stress has (mostly) just poofed away now the art exams have all finished! : D I definitely recommend these, I'm going to get a bigger one to use for my school sketchbook next year. thankyou!

hehe yes definitely, it's quite funny because I was a complete ball of stress with both of my art exams, but now i have a weekend of nothing to do and its quite strange haha :]
that sounds awesome, I might too because the sketchbooks we got this year were all stupid sizes so you couldn't print off an A4 page and just stick it in nicely :/

yeah, I just have old coursework to improve but it's much less stress than before!
do ittt! you can get A4 (that opens to A3) and A3 (that opens to A2) sizes reasonably cheap from amazon.

ooo nice, they'll be good for college me thinks I'm looking for a pocket one at the mo so I can fill it up with doodles and hand it in as part of my portfolio next jan, because I went to look at the foundation course in Brighton College and there was loads of little pocket books filled to the brim with illustrations, so I'm definitely jumping on that bandwagon hehe

ohh cool, my friends sister is going there!
I have the large size but it's still smaller than a4, and since you're working on two half pages it seems even smaller. I guess it depends what you're comfortable with?

awesome! I loved it very much, the only foundation courses around me are brighton or northbrook college (which was a bit of a tip) so I'm glad I've got somewhere near to go that i liked what are your plans too?

yeah to be perfectly honest I prefer working small, whenever I have to work on big A2 pages I always find them a little daunting for me because there's just so much white space to fill hehe

yeah, you're really lucky to get to go to brighton! I dropped back a year so I still have all of my art A level to do, and there are absolutely no decent colleges around here so I'm going to have to do my foundation away from home, but that's ages away so I don't really know where yet O:

I'm the same, usually we're made to work on A3 but occassionally we have to make A1 sheets and it's so overwhelming!
