The Heliarch by the great .Deriving from City of Heroes/Villains as an RP character, he found his way into Champions Online and DC Universe Online, but I was never truly satisfied.
How, if there are restrictions to what game engines can do?! But there are no restrictions on talent and inspiration which this man truly has and shares with his customers.

Lookin great so far. Like yourself Ive gotten close in the games to approximating my main heroes look but unfortunately no one have ever done a super stretchy Plastic Man type power set for playable characters. If only CO would do a Roinesh type set then my own Mr Happy could truly live. Instead I always end up making him a tank to show his durability. Fantastic art, looking forward to seeing this finished. It has a very epic/mythical quality to it.
