only to start the cycle again?
How do you know when it's time to give up?
How do you see the notes gone amok?
Do you keep pushing forward just like in a song?
Is this where you really belong?
But in the darkness, should we ever give up?
There's always a chance to get unstuck.
That one lonely note, ringing into the night
never seems to give up the fight.
There's so much to think about and even more to do,
but what am I supposed to think about you?
Am I letting my emotions throw me around
and beat me down into the ground?
Should I forget this happened and just move along,
just like in every single one of those songs?
Or do I stay with the path, yet hide it for now
in hopes that the future just might allow
