What the quirk does- the quirk allows her to transform her body completely into light! She can also turn herself invisible, so long as the user is, on, or touching light.

Personality- Chiharu likes to try to treat everyone the same, and how she'd like to be treated, but she has a bad habit of judging others based off their quirks. It isn't that she thinks they're bad, just... the quirks matter a lot! So she hates anyone with a darkness quirk and won't talk to them just because of their quirk, or she'll try to avoid them. She's a bit mean without meaning to be.
