This is Bubbles. She is a bubtocril. Her mucus, when gas pressure within, is explosive, meaning she can blow explosive bubbles.At the top she is standing on the face of Jeremy, on of Liquid Gold's human characters.
She has a loyal but playful nature. And yes, her arms do look kinda stiff...
