For those not familiar with ATLA, Princess Yue is the one on the bottom. To be brief her city is attacked by the fire nation in an attempt to capture the Avatar visiting the city. The invaders make it into the main temple, a spirit vital to the balance of the water benders gets killed, and her spirit is used to replace it. Because the water benders draw power from the moon (since the moon's gravitational pull determines the tide), Yue essentially becomes the moon.
For those not familiar with the My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic series. Luna goes crazy and tries to take over the world. But then her sister manages to stop her before ban-hammering her to the moon for a thousand years.
Yes I know Yue's hair is blocking Luna's happy face; I can't help that. The fluffy scarf around Yue's neck is supposed to look like the neckline of the coat she wears a lot.
