Thanks Sue, this is really pretty easy to do. I don't think you need any painting experience to do this. We shall see how it develops.

Thanks Travis, I just discovered the joys of AI. I can't wait to get my inks and really get started. It looks to me like not to many people are doing it. Right now I'm only playing with three pens, red, blue and green. I have lots of inks on their way.

I've got a few pieces in my gallery that are inked. I haven't worked with the pens all that much, mostly just dripping the bottles onto stuff. You should have some fun with canned air and the felt stamper thing you can get

Checked out your pieces, very nice! The dominoes are nice. I'm having router issues so I didn't get to see them all. I have the stamper coming. I tried the straw and blow dryer method but no luck, I guess I just have to wait for the ink to come. I definitely want to try the canned air.

Straw and blow can work sometimes, but I find, and it may just be me, that the moisture in my breath (and sometimes spit if I'm blowing too hard) can slow down the drying of the ink. Blow dryer? I think that might heat those inks up a bit too much and dry them right up with hardly any movement.
