You can send 1 Synchro Monster from your Deck to the GY; Set 1 "Djinie" Spell/Trap directly from your Deck, but you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Deck or Extra Deck for the rest of the turn. You can only use each effect of "Chava, Djinie of the First Wish" once per turn.
