EDIT2: 10/24/2012-I finally figure out Delilah's relationship with the other characters

EDIT: 10/20/2012- Came back and fixed some errors and added more to the bio. P.S. This bio will be updated if anything major happens within the stories aka pic/scripts I write. Just aheads up because I plan something huge to happen to this character at some point down the road.

Name: Delilah Warner

Age: 19 (The DP series I will be working on takes place after high school, during Danny's college days)

Species: Human

Ethnicty: 1/2 English 1/2 African American

Family: John Warner (father), Shronda Warner (mother), Lily Warner (little sister)

Personality: Delilah is as delightful as her name. She's friendly, outgoing, caring, passionate and a bit silly most of the time. Her personality easily helps her break the ice with strangers where ever she goes and her attitude tends to ease the tension in the room. However, she has her moments when she can get a bit "sensitive" and would take things personally making her worry whether or not she did something to make that person upset. She also has some stalkerish traits which gets her in some awkward situations. She's not a stalker, just way too curious.

Powers: Delilah has a sixth sense. She is able to detect a ghost within 7 feet from her. She can tell how the ghost died just by coming into contact with it's worldly personal item or person who played an important role in their life. She also has a pyschic ability. Visions usually coming to her in her dreams. They could be good or bad but she can never tell them apart from just being dreams.

Background: Delilah may be human but she has a gift that has been passed down to her family for generations. She is a pyschic connection with the spirit world. The Warner's "gift" originally started with Delilah's great great grandfather who was the first victim of the"gift". Her great great grandfather studied paranormal activity during his time ever since the spirit world took his wife. He encounter a vengeful ghost who wanted him to feel what ghosts have to deal with for the rest of eternity. Thus, where the Warner's gift came from. The curse skipped a generation (delilah's father) but still passed on to her.

At the age of 6, Delilah was fully aware of her "gift" and embraced it as a good thing. She thought she could do some good for both the spirits and the living. She didn't display her "gift" so bluntly to the world, but did so in a quietly manner. Though, most of the people who were aware of her behavior thought she was a crazy and messed up child. People frowned upon it. As she gotten older she realize it's just best to not tell anyone about it and just simply help in anyway she could. Which occasionally put her in weird and awkward situations that gave her classmates the motivation to call her a weirdo and a freak. The name calling and teasing gotten worst when she started her Sophmore year. Her secret was exposed when a couple of upperclassmen overheard her talking to a ghost. Her secret got around the school quickly. Classmates would set her up with fake "paranormal activities" and make her look like a fool when she buys into it. They would also pretend to "talk" to ghost and act like the ghost are saying horrible things about Delilah. She couldn't take what was going on and for the rest of her Sophmore year she was home schooled. Her parents didn't want her to go back to the same school nor did they want her to be out in the public. So they thought the best thing to do was to move from Florida to Amity Park where they heard that the place practically embrace ghosts. Not mention the famous Danny Phantom lived there.

Delilah's parents were able to transfer jobs and find a nice home in Amity Park. Delilah attended Casper high for her junior and senior year. Delilah still did her normal activity and help the spirits around town and in school. At some point, she discover that among the students, there was a kid who gave off such high paranormal aura. Danny Fenton of course. She was curious about him and began to investigate. At some point she began to stalked him. When Danny notice of her stalkerish activities,he confronted her and told her that he was Danny Phantom. With such excitement she began to ask alot of questions and wanted to study him more. Danny and Delilah weren't exactly friends, just acquaintices during Delilah's junior year. Once she was a senior, she decided to actually hang out with Danny and become his friend instead of a study subject. Danny wasn't sure at first because of the whole "seniors aren't suppose to talk lower classmen", but eventually he forgot all about it. Sam didn't exactly get along with Delilah because of her bright and annoying personality but learned to tolerate her eventually. Tucker thought she was pretty funny and at some point flirted with her. But she turned him down nicely. Danny and Delilah's relationship as friends grew stronger as they got to know each other more. Danny has alway been to every special occasion for Delilah whether it was her prom or graduation. He was even there when she left to visit colleges around the country. She came back a couple months later and chose to go to the college in Amity Park.

Danny and Delilah became even closer when he asked her to be his prom date during his senior year. (Sam and Danny drifted apart during the beginning of their senior year. They learned that it was infatuation between them and it's just best that they just be best friends. I'm not going to right a whole story right her about what happens because this bio is about Delilah and does not focus on Sam and Danny. Pic/scripts-pictures with short scripts-will be done for the explanations. Do not ask me.) Their feelings for each other were mutual but they never told each other. Not even after Danny's graduation. Delilah never told him because she respect both Sam and did not want to cause any drama. She is not aware of their break-up until later on when Danny tells her. (After they are reunited during Danny's first year of college.)

Being reunited with the famous trio, Delilah occasionally tags along on the ghost adventures. If she is not with the team during the action, she is either back at home feeding them helpful information or doing her own little ghost adventures.

Relationships with other characters

Tucker Foley: Delilah thinks Tucker is cool as can be even for a geek. His technology knowledge fascinates and allows her to always ask questions about how a device works from the inside. He is the first person Delilah would come to when she has computer issues or wants to know how a gadget could work in favor when it comes to fighting ghost. When tucker use to ask her out, she never turned him down. She was always happy to go do something fun but by the end of the "date" she would remind him that they are just friends and that she has feelings for Danny. The best thing she likes about Tucker is his riduculous jokes and when he's trying to be funny.

Sam Manson: At first, Delilah was actually afraid of Sam despite her being older than her. It wasn't the way Sam looked, it was because of the strange aura she gave off that made her think "if i was to hurt any of her friends I could kiss my life goodbye" kinda thing. Eventually when the Trio were in their senior year, she began to warm up to Sam. She knew her bright personality would annoy her she would try and tone down the annoyance. Delilah enjoyed having a "girl" friend that actually talked more about the paranormal than make up and shopping. Delilah was aware of Sam and Danny going on since their Junior year, and never mention to Sam about her crush on Danny. She respected her and thought it was best to just forget about having a future with him. Delilah and Sam drifter apart after Sam and Danny broke up. She felt it was too awkward to talk to her. Eventually Sam found out that Delilah liked Danny and confront her. Sam had a feeling that she did but that didn't stop her from starting the friendship back up again. "Well atleast I can trust you, then Valerie"were Sam's exact words.

Jazz Fenton: Delilah tries to steer clear of Jazz most of the time. She gets the expression that Jazz is a know it all and it kinda annoys her just a little. She mostly steers clear of her because she's afraid of getting the "You better not hurt my littler brother" speech. Delilah eventually gotten use to her whenever she and Jazz would battle ghost together.

Paulina: Just super annoying and a big snob is what Delilah thought of Paulina. It's not like they exchange a few words with each other back in high school, and even if they did Paulina wouldnt dare to insult a senior or else her reputation would be in danger. Delilah doesn't find her amusing at all. Just another pretentious girl trying to get under the skin of every other girl that stands her way. Now that Delilah shares a couple of classes with her in college she is more annoyed by her than ever before. "Fake" is the word Delilah would label her with when she bags on Danny for even having a crush on her. She nows find her as a threat as Paulina flirts with Danny right in front of her, thinking that Danny could fall for her again.

Welp. I had to redo her. For one thing I changed her hair, for another thing, her outfit wasn't really appropriate for her personality. Although I'm not sure if this is right for her either. The colors are fine but is it appropriate for her age? please tell me. Or make suggestions, I would be happy to take some

I had to adjust her background as well since I decided that I would jump into the fandom but continue the series during the cast's college days or 4 years later.

Anyone who looks at this, if you don't take the time to read the bio and decide to ask questions that are already answer then I will have nothing to say to you.
If you want to see this character in action go read the pic scripts I have already submitted of her. Get a feel of the character in action before you start judging her. If you are going to comment and say that she is a mary-sue for being in a relationship with a canon character then don't bother honey. I dealt with that during my younger days in the Teen Titans fandom.(and rarely run into it now)I do what I do because I love it. If you're going to complain about Sam and Danny breaking up and say it's not canon, again you're wasting your time because 1. I don't give 2 fucks about cartoons being together canon wise. Do you personally know them? Are you invited to their wedding? Will my character actually change anything that has already happen in the show? No. Don't take it so seriously because I don't. and 2. In my opinion, 14 year olds don't know when their in love. Theres a chance it's not serious and it's just infatuation. There's always a chance that they grow out of it and realize what they really want in life. People complain about it real life about 14 year olds (or younger) thinking that they're in love. So how come you don't complain about it in fictions?

Doesn't matter regardless. I'm just stating these ahead of time because the statements above will answer anything people might say against this character annnnd the fact that I am once again entering a dangerous fandom.
