It's basically an auction (SB = starting bid, AB = auto buy), and the minimum increase (MI) is $5. In this auction, the starting bid for each is $70, which always shows up in the description.
So for example, anyone could reply to the people who said "SB" with a higher bid, such as $75, $90, etc.
And then the highest bidder wins the design!
