Description
When I was really little my mom took me to an arts festival for families in Portland. This was a memory I will never forget. My favorite moment was making these awesome kits inspired by Children's Day, a holiday celebrated in Japan.

The image is not meant to be Japanese; it's meant to evoke the various ideas I had while recollecting the memory of this event.

This was colored with Copic Markers and finished with Faber Castell and guashe.
