This is Princess Marva, she is a lioness princess who was caught in an accident during an airstrike and the energy blast left her with mysterious powers. She's got these powers in 1990, and because of her powers, she doesn't age a day. Marva then felt that one day she could put her new powers to use, and she did after she became inspired by Marvel's Captain Marvel. So she made her own Captain Marvel suits and began fighting villains and criminals all over the Galaxy. So technically, Captain Marva was the First Foxy Avenger.
