Well... For a while there, I wondered how the floor could hold enough water to submerge a grown woman like that. Then I read 150 gallons, translated it to liter, and realized that Petina is /tiny/. xD
With that in mind; how large are you in these dreams? You seem to be roughly the same size as her here.

When I am with Petina in mouse form I am 8.625" tall. Jackie is 8.375" and Petina is 8.5". Actually mice usually use metric for their measurements so I am about 243mm.

I usually use metrics anyway, so those are fine :3 243mm (24,3cm) is pretty tiny xD
Say, does the ratio between your heighs stay constant? The ratio of yours versus Petina's height is (in mm) 243/216 (rounded up from 215.9) = 1,125. Does this number stay constant, IE are you always 1.125 times taller than Petina, regardless of what dreamworld you are in?

Yes, my height difference has stayed to my knowledge constant throughout the years. In fact years ago commented about that to her as I was getting something out of my wardrobe at the safe house. Her comment was.
"That's good because if suddenly got taller that 3 piece suit I bought for you wouldn't fit you, and why would you want to go and do that?"

Hah xD I guess with you in control of your dreams, you could go and do that if you wanted.
Does this height ratio carry over to pony-you and pony-Petina as well?

Roughly yes, although I believe that I am a bit small for a stallion. Not tiny but a little bit under average.

What coincidence. I just happened to have finished making a kelpie pony avatar in SECOND LIFE a few hours ago. [link]
That's one interesting mermaid suit.

Strategically located is several submerged locations are air chambers where a swimmer can catch their breath without needing to go to the surface. The chambers are large enough to allow a couple swimmers use same chamber at once.
A couple of mouse-sized swimmers, of course. A 150 gallon tank isn't likely to work well for a raccoon, for instance. I'd assume they'd be supplied with fresh air, too, making them secondary aerators for the tank.
Of course as this is Petina (and Jackie), it doesn't take a lot of imagination to consider what else might happen in those air chambers... away from sight...

Yes they get circulation through an aerator system.
