Description
One of the drawings from my last Picarto stream. While she is the Element of Generosity, Rarity remembers to allow some time for herself. This is one of those times. With the boutique closed for the day. Her little sister sent home for the evening. Rarity partakes of her time. Scented candles provide soft lighting for her long luxurious bath. Along with a bottle of chilled champagne and a bit of fine literature it is a very civilized way to end the day.I will be streaming again on 2/3/18 starting at 5:30pm Pacific. I hope you can join me for an evening of art, stories, and some really great folks!

Plot twist: the mare in the bathtub is not Rarity. That is actually the plumber. Rarity stumbled into some Poison Joke and was temporarily turned into a plumbing fixture after complaining that "I fear I will need to spend the rest of my days in a bathtub to ever have a hope of a prayer to clean this grime out of my coat!"

Rarity is enjoying one of a long series of salacious novels written by infamous romance author "Harlequin," which is considered by Equestrians a nom-de-plume for a series of writers because they have been publishing titles under her name for over two centuries. The only other thing they know is that the money from the series has been used to fund a series of orphanages across the country, so they assume it's some run by a charitable collective put together for the purpose and which hires authors in secret to produce some of the smuttiest fiction in the world.
But the truth is that "Harlequin" [i]has[/i] been around for that long, and a whole lot longer. She's SUCH a pixie at times... >_<

'Tale of Forbidden Magic' -- Hmm, what kind of "forbidden"? I usually take it for granted that Rares keeps a secret stash of bodice-rippers/erotic romances around Carousel Boutique for when she wants to unwind. And according to the show she likes noir stories.
