That snow was all melted the next day. We are getting a lot of snow today though. The roads are closed until the snow is cleared and that means we all get a day off with pay! 
I'm not too worried about losing power, the trees are being kept trimmed away from the power lines and nobody will be crashing into utility poles because all they're all at home.
The birds are very hungry and are flocking to the feeders, so much fun to watch! A hawk flew down, right in front of the windows, his wings were just an arm length from them! Fortunately most of the birds had scattered just before, because I moved too much just then.

My daughter does help but she has a bad back and I don't like her to do too much. More snow and very cold, that's New England winter! I do enjoy it though, at least in the beginning....

There is no sign of spring here! Freezing and snow! There is so much snow that if we have another storm, I will have to clean it to the street, the piles are so high! It hasn't melted down because of the cold. It is so pretty after a snowstorm but it is staying so long. Enough snow! I'm ready for spring!
