No! But a lot of people if you go to MK boards and stuff are like 'hotaru sucks hes a jerk' and then other people come and say 'Dude, have you ever played as him? Plus he looks awesome' and the first people are like 'hes boring hes all about rules' and then it's like yeah, that's his storyline.

some characters from recent mk games didn't have "time" to get into the hearts of most players hehe
