Description From the book The Art of Drawing Dragons, Mythological Beasts, and Fantasy Creatures.

I like the background in this one. I think I just used a gradient in difference mode and then a splattery brush for texture.

Used: Pencils, paper and Photoshop Cs4.

EDIT: Realized this was the "Weather Dragon" in the book. Oh well
