Olivier Paxton Walsh, A.K.A. "Dragonfly," a cybernetically enhanced human being. She used to be a pilot for the U.S. Air Force, but after the the base she was at was bombed, she was forced to stop piloting. Her and several others were rescued from the destroyed base. her legs were broken, her arms were severely burned, and her spine was broken but she was miraculously alive.

After some discussion between her superiors and the government, Olivier, and a few others who lived through the attack were given a chance to take back the skies. They where given new limbs, new spines, any body parts that where destroyed were replaced. A team of six was put together to protect the people, a team known as "Welkin.'
